National Sonar Association Membership Application

Membership open to all individuals who have earned a rating in Sonar or are connected with the Ratings of SO, ST, OT or AX whether air, sub or surface, U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard. See our Free Trial Membership offer. For any qualified individual applying for membership the Association will grant a FREE TRIAL Membership expiring on June 30, 2009.

Fill in all the blanks. Don't forget your name, address, email and duty station data. We will send your membership card by regular mail. We cannot complete processing your application without your postal mailing address.
